Welcome to Fidere Recovery (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services.

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Fidere Recovery provides professional case evaluation, asset tracing investigation, and legal consultation services for individuals who have been victims of financial fraud.

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Professional case evaluation and assessment
• Blockchain analysis and digital asset tracing
• Coordination with legal counsel for recovery proceedings
• Liaison with financial institutions and regulatory bodies
• Documentation preparation for legal subpoenas

Important: Fidere Recovery is a private consulting firm. We are NOT:

• A government agency or law enforcement body
• A licensed law firm (we work with licensed legal partners)
• A bank or financial institution
• A licensed credit repair organization

We provide investigative and consulting services and coordinate with appropriate legal professionals and authorities as needed for your case.

While we employ professional investigative techniques and work diligently on each case, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcome or recovery amount. Recovery success depends on numerous factors including:

• The nature and complexity of the fraud
• Available evidence and documentation
• Cooperation of financial institutions
• Jurisdictional considerations
• Legal and regulatory processes

Initial case evaluation is provided at no cost. Subsequent services may be subject to fees, which will be clearly disclosed in a written agreement before any work begins.

We primarily operate on a success-fee basis, meaning fees are contingent upon successful recovery of funds. All fee structures and payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your case
• Supply all relevant documentation and evidence
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information
• Not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive conduct
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fidere Recovery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or inability to recover funds.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
